Asana Goes Global: UK Countdown Contest
The Asana Goes Global UK Countdown contest (the “UK Countdown Contest”) is being promoted by Asana, Inc., with offices at 1550 Bryant Street, 8th Floor, San Francisco, CA USA 94103 (“Asana”).
The UK Countdown Contest runs from 1 October 2017 through 3 October 2017 and is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, except for employees of Asana and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.
Entrance must tweet at Asana with the answer to the 3 trivia questions to be entered into the contest. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the UK Countdown Contest. By entering the UK Countdown Contest entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. You may enter the UK Countdown Contest via Twitter by answering each of the trivia questions posted by Asana during the contest period. You may only answer each question once. Participants who answer each question correctly will be entered into a random drawing. Asana will select two (2) winners at random at the end of the contest period. Asana shall have no obligations related to entries received after the 3 October 2017 end date.
Prizes: Two prize winners will receive one ticket to Asana UK Customer Event located at a undisclosed location in London, UK. Prize value is £149 BP or $200 USD. Winner is responsible for transportation and lodging; Asana will not provide transportation to or from the event or lodging.
Selection of Winners: Entrants must answer a series of three trivia questions correctly. Trivia questions will be provided via Twitter daily from 1-3 October 2017. Asana will pick two winners from all eligible entries on 3 October 2017. Winners will be notified via direct message.
Asana reserves the right to cancel or amend the UK Countdown Contest or these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a natural disaster, war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Asana’s control. Registered participants will be notified of any changes to the UK Countdown Contest as soon as possible.
Asana’s decisions related to all aspects of the UK Countdown Contest, including the selection of winners, are final. Should a contest winner reject or otherwise not be eligible to receive the prize, Asana reserves the right to choose one or more alternate winners. The UK Countdown Contest will be governed by English Law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
UK Countdown Contest winners agree to allow Asana to utilize the winner’s name and image, as well as their entry materials, in publicity related to Asana and/or the UK Countdown Contest. Any personal data relating to entrants will be utilized solely in accordance with current EU data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without entrant’s prior consent.

The UK Countdown Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter or any other social network. Entrants are providing their information to Asana and no other party. The information entrant provides will be used in conjunction with Asana’s Privacy Policy.
